Our returns policy lasts for 30 days; great news if you have a habit of late night shopping and the funky neon pink kit you bought is giving you buyer’s remorse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. You are welcome to keep any free gifts or samples – those are yours!
Please complete this form on the returns policy page and include it with the goods you are returning. If you are not able to print the form then please include a written note of your name, address, email address and order number so we know where the item has come from.

Please ensure your items are well packaged so they don’t get damaged on their way back to us. We don’t mind what you wrap them in – old newspaper works well.
Unfortunately, some products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These Include:
Tanks / Atomisers which have been filled with liquid or used
Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
If you want to exchange your item, the quickest and easiest way is to re-order what you need and then use our returns process to return the unused items for a refund. This way you will receive the correct items quickly and your refund will be processed once the items are back with us.
Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.

We operate a 2 Day Dispatch service on all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday; as well as by 1pm Saturday using the DPD Local shipping option (excluding bank holidays).
All orders with Royal Mail as a chosen delivery option which are placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
All orders to the UK mainland are sent by either Royal Mail or DPD Local.

Guaranteed next day by 1pm. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service. Signature required on delivery.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.
Orders placed after the 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day, (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). UK orders for delivery Sunday must be placed by 1pm on Saturday.
We do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
Orders to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.
Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the DPD Local service and this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.
Notes made at the checkout concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers. This order notes facility is just to let us know of anything specific to do with your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve any issues.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International or DPD International. Postage costs are based on the weight of your order which will be calculated at the checkout.
Depending on your location, the service options available are:
Royal Mail International Signed For, Tracked or Tracked & Signed – 3 to 15 days
Imports of vaping equipment can sometimes be difficult to receive and we can not be held responsible for any customs issues, tax or duties which your local office imposes.
Please ensure your destination country allows the import of e-liquids or batteries before placing your order. If an item is seized by your local customs office this is the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.
If an item is returned to us by the customs office, we will issue a refund minus any postage and custom costs or fees incurred by ourselves. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
We are bound by Royal Mail’s terms and conditions which are listed on their website. If an item doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, we have to wait for up to 25 days before a claim can be made.
